Alma is committed to supporting people to become the best version of themselves. Healthy, happy and capable. Alma believes that when we feel good, we do good, and it become contagious for those around us.
Alma has studied Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Massage Therapy, Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, Paediatrics, Special populations, Myofacial Release, Somato-emotional Release, Chakras, Crystals and Meditation, Food and Nutrition, Development, Behaviours and Addictions. Alma's education and experience are combined to provide each and every person (0 to 120 yrs) with the therapeutic treatment that they require each and every time they visit.
Alma has been a coach, mentor and manager for all of her career. Developing programs designed specifically for people with chronic illness, children's development, women, and athletes alike. Alma has competed in many sports, her favourites being soccer, fitness competitions and kickboxing. She is also a mother of an active and outgoing child who experiences food allergies. Alma combines all of her personal experience, education and divine wisdom to support her clients.
